What you'll be doing
As a Manager, Cyber Incident Response, together with peer incident managers, you will lead enterprise response to Cyber incidents, engaging partners, establishing workstreams, tracking work items, enterprise reporting to executives, and being a conduit between Information Security and partners in the business and Technology.

How you’ll succeed
Incident Management – Lead internal and third-party incident and conduct executive and line of business reporting on incidents, incident trends, impacts to business, and opportunities for improvement.Information & Cybersecurity Governance - Develop, maintain and enhance supporting documentation to the incident management process. Manage the Cyber Security Incident Management process, ensure that it is current, work with partners to ensure that all relevant parties are included and aware of changes.Relationship building - Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts as well as external experts to successfully manage organization-wide cybersecurity incidents.Who You Are
You can demonstrate 3+ years of experience in working with common security threats, industry best practices, security technologies and how they relate to organizational security posture. You have an ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation. You have an ability to design and facilitate a group process, elicit contributions from group members, stimulate a focused group discussion, and achieve a desired outcome. You have prior experience in managing information security incidents including the ability to perform root cause analysis and provide workable recommendations is preferred. This position is on call 24/7 (rotational) and can be engaged to assist the investigation of incidents at any time. You are a collaborator, communicator, and teammate who is up for the challenge of building the bank of the future and protecting our clients interests.You can demonstrate knowledge in cybercrime and its related implications and impacts on Financial Institution operations and services.
