Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Cyber Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of critical cybersecurity tools ensuring these tools are effectively integrated, operational, and continuously improved.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and upgrades of cybersecurity toolsRespond to and resolve support tickets, tool-related incidents, and integration issues in a timely mannerMaintain detailed documentation of tool configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers in managing a portfolio of security toolsSupport audit and compliance activities by providing tool data, reports, and documentationLead tool evaluation, procurement, and implementation projectsManage vendor relationships, including support escalations, contract renewals, and roadmap discussionsDevelop and execute strategic plans for tool deployment, lifecycle management, and integration with enterprise systems

Qualifications

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field

Education Preferred:

Experience Required:

7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role

Experience Preferred:

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role

Licenses/Certifications Required:

CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent

Technical Skills and Abilities

Proven experience deploying and managing DLP, proxy, endpoint, and cloud security tools.Strong troubleshooting skills and experience responding to tool-related support issues.
