Manager, Cyber Engineering
**Job Summary** We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Cyber Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of critical cybersecurity tools ensuring these tools are effectively integrated, operational, and continuously improved. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Oversee the deployment, configuration, and upgrades of cybersecurity tools + Respond to and resolve support tickets, tool-related incidents, and integration issues in a timely manner + Maintain detailed documentation of tool configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. + Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers in managing a portfolio of security tools + Support audit and compliance activities by providing tool data, reports, and documentation + Lead tool evaluation, procurement, and implementation projects + Manage vendor relationships, including support escalations, contract renewals, and roadmap discussions + Develop and execute strategic plans for tool deployment, lifecycle management, and integration with enterprise systems **Qualifications** **Education Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field **Education Preferred:** **Experience Required:** + 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role **Experience Preferred:** + 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role **Licenses/Certifications Required:** + CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent **Technical Skills and Abilities** + Proven experience deploying and managing DLP, proxy, endpoint, and cloud security tools. + Strong troubleshooting skills and experience responding to tool-related support issues. **Additional Requirements** **Physical Demands:** + Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
