**Compensation Overview**
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

**What Is the Opportunity?**

Personal Insurance is looking for a strong Experience Management (XM) Manager to focus on Specialty and Property Products and assist with the development of actionable, valuable and measurable experiences.
As a Manager, Product Experience Management, you will collaborate with our Specialty and Property Product organization, Operations, Analytics and other teams to help implement the experience strategy for our insurance products. You will contribute to a shared vision for the customer experience across channels, products and teams. You will help gather and organize timely insights to inform decisions.
Your work will focus on ensuring that the customer is at the center of how we design product experiences. You will apply human-centered principles to help create positive Specialty and Property product experiences for our customers, while supporting our business strategy. You will coordinate with Experience Design, Research and Marketing teams to collect information and data that helps inform the choices we make.
You will serve as a day-to-day point of contact for our Specialty and Property partners, and you will help represent the voice of the customer by working with teams to analyze research results, feedback and product performance. You will work at the intersection of the Product OKRs and Marketing & Experiences OKRs to support both organizations in achieving their goals.
**What Will You Do?**
+ Execute the Experience Management strategy for Specialty and Property Product Lines.
+ Act as an ambassador and model the behaviors to drive outcomes and change.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement/optimization of Travelers experience management transformation methodology, framework, best practices, tools, and training/coaching curriculum.
+ Collaborate across the enterprise, product and chapter teams to achieve goals.
+ Implement new or enhancements to existing processes and identify areas of opportunity.
+ May support and/or launch journeys and continue the momentum of in-flight experience management journeys.
+ Support chapter-level and product specific OKRs. Identify solutions to drive results and monitor effectiveness.
+ Support driving Journey practices into the business lines and functions.
**What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?**
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ Five years of experience in experience management, market research, user experience design, or experience analytics.
+ Experience management mindset and knowledge of methodologies with the ability to apply it in the insurance industry.
+ Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret trends and provide insight.
+ General knowledge of processes of business functions supported and use of technology.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to ensure timely completion.
+ Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
**What is a Must Have?**
+ Four years of experience in a related experience management, market research, user experience design, or experience analytics environment.
