Job DescriptionDevelop and lead the execution of ESG programs for Corporate Real Estate, ensuring alignment with enterprise sustainability and governance goals.Establish measurable targets for energy, water, and waste reduction across the real estate portfolio, and oversee progress toward achievement.Drive initiatives that advance carbon neutrality and improve overall workplace sustainability.Manage ESG data collection and reporting for corporate real estate (GHG emissions, energy intensity, LEED/WELL certifications, etc.).Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency of data used for enterprise ESG disclosures and frameworks such as CDP, GRESB, and SASB.Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress against sustainability goals.Collaborate with landlords, service providers, and design/construction teams to integrate ESG principles into new projects and existing operations.Champion supplier diversity initiatives and sustainable procurement practices.Partner with HR and Communications to drive employee engagement around sustainable workplace behaviors.Support programs that enhance employee well-being (WELL, Fitwel, or similar standards).Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations, certifications, and internal governance policies.Advise on ESG risks and opportunities within the real estate portfolio.Recommend cross-functional and cross-regional process alignment and standardizations within functional accountabilityPlan and develop multiple short to medium term projects and contribute to long term initiatives planning. Lead moderate to complex projects as required by the business.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Real Estate, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate real estate, with proven project leadership experienceStrong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (CDP, GRESB, SASB, GRI, TCFD)Experience managing data collection and reporting tools for sustainability/ESG metricsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to influence across business units and engage executives with data-driven insightsProfessional accreditation (LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, ISSP, or similar) is preferredExperience with energy management, renewable energy procurement, or carbon accounting is preferredFamiliarity with workplace wellness programs and green building certifications is an advantageKnowledge of supplier diversity and governance best practices is an advantageExperience working within a global real estate portfolio is a plusMust be willing to work night shift and hybrid (2-3 days per week)

Additional Information

The Manager, Corporate Real Estate ESG will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reporting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies within the corporate real estate portfolio. This role will ensure that our real estate operations, workplaces, and facilities align with enterprise ESG commitments, including carbon reduction, sustainable building practices, diversity and inclusion in supplier networks, and governance reporting.

The successful candidate will partner across Corporate Real Estate, Sustainability, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure that our real estate portfolio actively advances the company’s ESG goals while driving measurable business value.
