Job DescriptionDevelop and lead the execution of comprehensive change management plans for corporate real estate projects, including relocations, consolidations, lease exits, and workplace transformations.Partner with HR, Communications, and Business Leaders to ensure alignment of objectives, messaging consistency, and employee engagement across impacted groups.Serve as the primary liaison between the corporate real estate team and business units during transitions.Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness evaluations, and impact analyses to ensure successful adoption.Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and timely communications tailored for executives, managers, and employees to drive understanding and adoption.Design and implement training or orientation sessions to support new workplace environments, technologies, or ways of working.Collaborate with project managers, design & construction teams, and facilities operations to integrate change management milestones into overall project plans.Monitor progress and present executive-level reporting on adoption rates, change readiness, and overall program effectiveness.Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from employees and business units to measure the impact and effectiveness of change management strategies.Provide recommendations to enhance future initiatives, improve engagement, and minimize business disruption through continuous improvement of change management approaches.Recommend cross-functional and cross-regional process alignment and standardizations within functional accountabilityPlan and develop multiple short to medium term projects and contribute to long term initiatives planning. Lead moderate to complex projects as required by the business.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Real Estate, or related field; Master’s degree preferred5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or workplace strategy; corporate real estate experience is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, ideally within workplace or facilities-related projectsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)Ability to influence across all levels of the organization, from executives to employeesStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsFamiliarity with corporate real estate functions, including leasing, workplace design, and facilities operations is preferredExperience with digital workplace tools (e.g., occupancy sensors, reservation systems, collaboration platforms) is preferredCertification in change management (CCMP or similar) is an advantageExperience working in a Fortune 500 or multinational organization is a plusMust be willing to work night shifts and hybrid (2-3 days onsite requirement per week).Attributes:

The Manager, Corporate Real Estate Change Management will play a critical role in driving organizational alignment, communication, and adoption strategies for corporate real estate initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless transitions during workplace transformations including office relocations, consolidations, redesigns, or changes in workplace strategy by engaging stakeholders, mitigating risks, and promoting a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, who can balance business objectives, employee needs, and operational priorities to deliver effective change outcomes in a dynamic and evolving corporate environment.
