Manager, Corporate Physical Security
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Are you prepared to take on the planning and directing of Spectrum’s investigative and physical security functions? If so, the Manager, Corporate Physical Security role could be a fit for you.  

In this role, you will be accountable for implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and overseeing investigators and security specialists. You'll represent Spectrum’s corporate security on various committees, conduct briefings with management and law enforcement, and develop comprehensive security programs. 


How You’ll Make an Impact 

Oversee daily operations of investigative and physical security personnel in the region 
Track activities, incidents, and assess physical security needs 
Develop relationships and act as a liaison with project integrators 
Manage facility security assessments and ensure compliance with standards and procedures 
Cultivate the security team by assigning responsibilities and managing accountability 
Coordinate finances for capital security projects with departmental programs 
Develop standards for physical security projects to protect personnel, assets, and information 
Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of security programs and strategies 

Working Conditions 

Office environment 
Up to 30% travel with the ability to work hours outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification required 

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 

Required Qualifications 

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 
Experience
10+ years experience in conducting investigations in the military, local law enforcement or corporate security environments  
2+ years management experience  
Skills
Working knowledge of Spectrum’s incident management and project tracking systems PSP (Physical Security Professional - Certification) CPP (Certified Protection Professional) 
Experience managing business resumption/recovery programs
