Manager, Content Developer
**The Role** In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring pedagogical integrity and end-to-end delivery of projects directly assigned to you within the English Language Learning (ELL) Adult, Test Prep, and Professional Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with agreed pedagogical, quality, cost, and timeline standards. This role focuses on operationalising approved product and pedagogical direction, translating strategy into effective delivery through strong team leadership, governance, and execution oversight. You will lead and manage a team of Content Developers, providing guidance, coaching, and operational leadership to ensure consistent processes and effective delivery. While Content Developers retain pedagogical ownership of their assigned projects, you will enable success through clear workflows, strong governance, performance feedback, and delivery oversight. You will support the adoption of evolving ways of working, including AI-enabled workflows and tools, helping embed efficient and scalable practices across the team. + You will wake up excited to improve how content is built, driving efficient, scalable solutions that empower your team to deliver high-quality learning experiences through aligned workflows, smart processes, and strong collaboration across vendors and internal teams. + In the first six months, you will make the biggest impact by strengthening delivery processes, improving efficiency and consistency across projects, and enabling scalable ways of working that support high-quality delivery. + This role combines hands-on content leadership with team enablement, giving you the opportunity to shape scalable delivery practices within a transforming operating model and a globally recognised learning organisation. **What You'll Own** Success in this role means delivering high-quality content efficiently and consistently, ensuring projects move from approved scope into execution through clear processes, strong governance, effective team leadership, and alignment across stakeholders. Your biggest priorities will be: + Leading the successful delivery of assigned portfolio projects, ensuring alignment with pedagogical, quality, cost, and timeline expectations. + Enabling Content Developers to succeed through clear workflows, guidance, and consistent adoption of delivery practices. + Ensuring strong communication and alignment across internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain a shared understanding of scope, expectations, and outcomes. + Driving efficient, scalable ways of working across internal teams and vendors, including the use of evolving tools and AI-enabled workflows. **About You** + **You bring strong experience in English Language Learning (ELL) content development and delivery, with knowledge of both print and digital learning experiences.
