Job Description:
CUSTOMER
Manage teams of Testing analysts/ leads in the execution of Testing engagements andvalidation of action plans in accordance with established standardsConduct skilled analytical research and analysis as part of testing engagement and initiativesUnderstand risk identification, risk analysis, and risk mitigation according to regulatoryrequirements and best business practicesDevelop strong relationships and work collaboratively with key partners and clientOversee/lead the testing engagement, including communications and the reportingprocessesProvide subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative forarea of specializationProactively identify matters which require additional attention, further escalation or review, and liaise with the appropriate staff to resolveSHAREHOLDER

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as requiredLead and manages a team of leads in executing Testing engagements for a TDBG business segment areaTypically a subject matter expert for a functional areaKey contact for business management and dealing with non-routine informationFocus is on short to mid-term planning (6 -12 months)Deep knowledge and understanding of businesses and organizational practices/disciplinesSet operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goalsOversee management of team requiring workforce to decision on acceptable level of risk-Moderate to High risk potential (loss/reputational) for functional areaGenerally, reports to a Senior Manager roleEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Relevant professional designations and/or certifications as required
• 6+ years of experience in audit, and/or project management
