Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.  **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and management of compensation programs across our dynamic and fast-paced medical technology organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our compensation plans are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. A key focus of this position is the administration and integration of incentive compensation platforms, with a strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience using incentive compensation systems. **Key Responsibilities** Implement, and manage compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and equity programs while serving as a strategic advisor to the Senior Manager, Compensation Strategy on designing compensation programs, base pay structures, incentive plans and equity programs. Lead a team of analysts on the administration and ongoing optimization of our incentive compensation platform, particularly Zaidyn Incentive Compensation, including configuration, data integration, reporting, and troubleshooting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of incentive compensation calculations and payouts. Monitor internal and external compensation trends to ensure competitive positioning and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and partner with HR leadership on compensation planning for annual reviews, promotions, and market adjustments. Support compensation-related data analysis, modeling, and reporting for decision-making and executive presentations and develop and document policies, procedures, and workflows related to compensation and incentive systems. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to compensation and technology systems and provide guidance and training to HR business partners and leadership on compensation philosophy, practices, and systems. Inspire, mentor, and elevate a team of emerging leaders, fostering a high-performance, growth mindset culture and ensure your team is equipped with the tools, training, and business acumen needed to deliver exceptional support and strategic insights. Champion diversity of thought and empower the team to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and lead change and lead department-wide initiatives including system upgrades, sustainability efforts, and enterprise-wide process harmonization. Influence strategic direction through your bold ideas, customer-focused solutions, and ability to mobilize resources toward meaningful change. **Qualifications** **Required** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred. + Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in compensation management, preferably in the medical technology, healthcare, or life sciences industry. + Demonstrated experience working with Zaidyn Incentive Compensation or comparable incentive compensation systems, including system implementation or integration. + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and business intelligence tools. + Experience working with data integration across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, or ERP systems). + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. + High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and compliance. **Preferred** Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent). Passion for leadership development and fostering a culture of innovation. **Additional Responsibilities** Ensure full compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory requirements. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
