**Description**
This role owns the development and implementation of the Bobbi Brown and Darphin Communications strategy. Building strong relationships and dynamic activations across all platforms, this role will lead the Communications Assistant and Social Content Editor, and partner with cross⁃functional teams to ensure best⁃in⁃class programs. Adopting a strategic and creative, digital⁃first approach with a focus on EMV/MIV and results.
Key responsibilities:
+ Develop PR and influencer strategy including dynamic plans for new product launches, evergreen activities and brand growth opportunities.
+ Identify the right communities of KOLs to amplify Advocacy on Bobbi Brown and Darphin.
+ Think out of the box and partner with external agencies to conceptualise elevated PR events and mailers for 5 launches, ensuring brand cuts through offline and online.
+ Key point of contact for beauty media/Directors and influencers
+ Represent the brand during industry events.
+ Drive strategic editorial placements across print and online from brand storytelling to product placement that drive editorial rankings, amplifying seasonal and trend opportunities.
+ Conceptualise and implement influencer partnerships including content creation, promotion and amplification by brand, and commercialization opportunities.
+ Solidify influencer relationships, identify and recruit new KOLs to the brand, and autonomously develop 360 influencer campaigns that meet business objectives.
+ Lead with a social⁃first mind⁃set by ideating and executing creative mailings and events to generate organic social media coverage.
+ Partner with the Social team and cross⁃functional departments to create influencer content that can be leveraged across brand channels and retailers.
+ Identify opportunities that can maximize trends, hero products and key influencer groups for immediate wins.
+ Adopt a data⁃driven communications approach and leverage online analytics to inform influencer selection and activations.
+ Plan effective usage and control of PR budget and product forecasting.
+ Partner with cross⁃functional teams to lead 360 amplification and creative approach to brand partnerships.
+ Partner with trade marketing team to support retail events, content and partnerships.
+ Collaborate with Education and Social to grow awareness, following and opportunities for the new Bobbi Brown PRO team.
+ Responsible for scheduling VIP makeups with PROs for industry events, shoots and weddings.
+ Amplify external Makeup Artist relationships to drive impactful advocate partnerships and grow PRO Scheme membership artistry community.
+ Lead team in the exposure of evergreen campaigns, including bridal campaigns, hero franchises and manage the brand's year⁃round, philanthropic Pretty Powerful campaign.
+ Liaise with Global team to align plans and ensure unified brand messaging while localizing for maximum impact in the region.
+ Work with team to manage editorial coverage reporting and result analysis to prove business impact, key learnings and identify future opportunities.
+ Crisis management with Corporate Communications and Global Communications ensuring fluid communication and transparency to brand teams.
+ Foster culture of learning and excellence in execution by coaching team, managing workloads, and simultaneously providing guidance and autonomy on projects.
+ Present at key internal and external events.
**Qualifications**
+ A passion for the beauty community and it's consumers
+ Multiple years experience in PR/Communications within makeup and skincare categories
+ Good communications skills, both written and verbal
+ Confident in presenting
+ Succinct understanding of social media platforms, industry trends and influencers within beauty and beyond
+ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi⁃task and a strong attention to detail
+ Experience with analytical tools to track and report coverage and results ie Tribe/ Launch Metrics
+ Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
