Lead and motivate the Commission Systems team through shifting priorities for projects and enterprise initiativesOversee the Change Request intake process, ensuring requests are fully documented and submitted promptlyProvide consultative support to stakeholders to identify, prioritize and recommend solutions for competing requestsResolve roadblocks and mitigate risks by acting as an escalation point to ensure successful on-time project deliveryDelegate and align resources to guarantee completion of work and business continuityCoordinate kick-off meetings for major development projects and maintain project documentation for stakeholder reviewManage project tasks for commission systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality features and user experiencePartner with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring business specifications and technical requirements are metCompile, analyze and present complex data related to system configuration, recommending scalable solutions and automation opportunities
