Join us and help change the way people think about technology. **Your Day to Day** As a Manager, Commercial Sales you would be working on: + Teaming up with Sales Leaders in developing and implementing sales strategy for the region. Strategies include maximizing renewal performance, account upsell development, and ongoing account management. + Working cross functionally with marketing, business development, sales operations, and finance to establish plans to accelerate revenue growth within the region. + Resolving escalated client feedback and issues, which will involve speaking with the client directly in certain instances. + Setting performance expectations and coach team members on how to achieve metric based goals. + Monitoring and continuously improve metrics for sales attainment, closing ratios, lead conversion rates, appointment setting, and sales cycle optimization. + Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and KPI reporting. + Coaching Sales reps, understand individual strengths and weaknesses, and work with reps sales acumen. **What** **We’re** **Looking For** As a Manager, Commercial Sales your background will look like: + Inspiring Leadership: you lead by example. You’re deeply invested in the development of your team—not just to hit sales targets, but to help them grow into their next career move. You take the time to understand the “why” behind their work, tailoring coaching and guidance to what truly motivates them. With 5–8 years in B2B sales and at least 2–3 years managing AEs selling to mid-sized businesses. + Metrics-Driven with high-Velocity Impact: You understand the power of numbers and are skilled at analyzing key performance indicators to drive accountability and improved performance. You leverage metrics to implement strategies that optimize consistency, velocity, and precision across the sales process. Ideally, you've worked in full-cycle sales, preferably within SaaS or communications tech, where speed and efficiency go hand-in-hand. + Grit & Growth Mindset: You’re resilient, resourceful, and thrive in challenging situations. Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $146,200.00 - $197,800.00 _The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
