The Manager, Commercial Analytics \- Revenue Management Consolidated Centre Asia Pacific \(RMCC APAC\) plays a crucial role in leveraging data to drive business decisions and strategies\. This role leads to the development and execution of data\-driven strategies to enhance commercial performance\. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to drive business growth\. Your expertise in data analytics will be pivotal in shaping our commercial strategies and ensuring data integrity across the organization\.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\.
Data Analysis and Insights
+ Conduct deep dives into commercial data to address specific business questions and deliver actionable insights
+ Develop and implement data analytics and business insights strategies to fuel commercial growth
+ Support advanced analytics projects, such as predictive modeling, segmentation, and multivariate analysis
Data Management
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy for effective business planning
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance metrics
+ Monitor trends and patterns in commercial data to proactively flag risks or opportunities
Collaboration and Communication
+ Partner with various departments to enhance data capabilities and support strategic decision\-making
+ Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather data and insights, understanding key business drivers
+ Present complex data clearly and concisely to both technical and non\-technical audiences
**WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT**
You have these minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Statistics, or any other quantitative related discipline
+ 4 years working experience in analytics or equivalent field
+ Solid experience in commercializing data and delivering analytics solutions
+ Highly developed analytical skills and mindset to extract information from data and translate to business language and commercial impacts
+ Proficiency in analytical tools and software including MS Excel \(formulas and Pivotable\), SQL, R, Power BI, and MicroStrategy
+ Excellent and compelling communication, influencing and presentation skills
+ Ability to prioritize and work accurately, effectively, and independently under pressure within a team environment
+ Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
+ Proficiency in spoken Chinese language to work with Greater China & Mongolia region
It would be useful if you have:
+ Proficiency in Excel \(macros and VBA\), Power Query and Power Pivot
+ Proficiency Python is highly preferred
