The role:
The Manager, Collection Systems contributes to the overall success of Canada Collections by supporting the delivery of regularly scheduled System Maintenance Releases, on demand table change requests and the integration design of new products, services and collection system technologies in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field is preferred. 2+ years of related work experience with a Risk Automated System, Debt Collections Management Software, Change Management Expertise and possesses significant knowledge of Lean Methodologies. Strong technical aptitude and System Administration experience in managing complex system design & configuration. Strong experience in requirements planning and prioritization including analysis and effort estimation. Strong experience in Data Analysis and Database Management Tools such as MS Access, DB2, Oracle Strong Programming languages knowledge (SQL, SAS, Python, VBA, Shell Script) to derive Business & System insights is an asset. Knowledge of Bank systems & applications that support business functions (CIS, KS, SL, MO, TLS, RLP, PEGA, Robotics, TRIAD, Aspect Dialer, Avaya Dialer) is an asset Working knowledge of retail & small business credit products, consumer credit lifecycle and Collections. Knowledge of Banks’ Collection Application system, Collection360 (CACS) is an asset Expert knowledge of MS applications (Work, Excel, Visio, Projects, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) Ability to provide occasional and rotational weekend support.
