**Focus, Scope, & Impact:**
Rounded marketing operator and strategy crafting (including creative, E2E, growth, innovation. Flywheel integration). E2E (End to End) ownership of the CCTM (Coca-Cola TradeMark) agenda within the market. Operating Unit (OU) category leads will be more focused on LRP (Long-Range Plan) and OU-wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP (Annual Business Plan) creation / operationalization.
+ Define and execute the CCTM ABP agenda and performance in Pakistan through though leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and ensuring superior/ integrated flywheels execution enabled by system alignment and excitement.
+ Influence OU/Global LRP and OU-wide programs for CCTM
+ Drive Pakistan CCTM marketing performance and ROI. Has Pakistan CCTM category P&L accountability.
**Experience & Critical Requirements**
+ Marketing experience (5 years+), including analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, complex marketing programs management
+ Led scaled, complex, cross-functional projects
+ Led projects that leverage Digital/ Data as edges
