The Manager, Clinical Sales Business Development is responsible for optimizing growth and enhancing the market presence of Clinical Services programs and representing the Health Strategies areas to prospective clients and consultants. This position oversees sales deliverables, ensuring all products are optimally positioned, and actively participates in the sales process for all lines of business including Commercial, Exchange, Medicare and Medicaid. The role will support the Health Strategies, Proposal, Growth, Implementation, and Customer Success teams in promoting high value programs for new and existing clients.
The Manager, Clinical Sales Business Development reports to the VP, Clinical Services and works closely with department leaders to support excellence in clinical and cost outcomes and growth for sustainable scale. The position leads sales support analysts and client onboarding advisors for the Clinical Services division.

ResponsibilitiesHow do I make an impact on my team?
Develop and implement the sales strategy across Clinical Services departments to maximize market penetration and client retention in coordination with sales/account management.Create and present external facing presentations to generate leads, enhance brand presence, and increase participation in value-add programsManage the discovery and solution development process and oversight of divisional RFP deliverables.Ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service delivery, facilitating long-term partnerships.Mentor and develop the Clinical Services sales and implementation support team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Analyze market trends and advise Clinical Services and Health Strategies leaders to aid in strategic decision making.Coordinate with Clinical Services leadership and sales teams to set and achieve quarterly and annual growth goals.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting the organization’s services and strategic vision.Promote an environment of collaboration and cooperation among and across all Health Strategies divisions and departments.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for client meetings, industry conferences, and sales campaigns.Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.Other duties as assigned. QualificationsWhat our team expects from you?
Education: BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD is required.Certification/Licenses: Unrestricted licensure as a registered pharmacist in the state of the home office of the pharmacist, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months after hire, is required.Experience:3 years of experience in customer service, account management, business development, sales, or vendor management within the healthcare or pharmacy sector required.1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesWhat can you expect from Navitus?
