As a CFS Manager, you'll oversee Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Posting, and Client Customer Service operations. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of Client Financial Services, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring quality and productivity goals are met
Promote excellent customer service with staff, vendors, payers, and clients
Ensure services comply with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards
Oversee timely claims submission and cash management reporting
Supervise insurance follow-up and denial management workflows
Monitor client calls and identify process improvement opportunities
Conduct quality audits and performance evaluations
Develop and deliver training for new and existing staff
Manage employee performance, including feedback and corrective action
Ensure accurate and timely timekeeping and adherence to company policies
Communicate strategic direction and encourage team participation
Collaborate with leadership to meet operational goals
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certification in Billing and/or Coding preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or denial management preferred
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Certification in Billing and/or Coding (preferred)
Additional Qualifications:
Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to analyze financial data and system reports
Proficiency with computer systems
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
