This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Customer-focused consultant who partners cross-functionally to strengthen brand, product, and customer connections. Leverages insights and analytics to understand customer behavior and develop strategies that increase engagement, expand the customer base, and drive company growth.
What You’ll Do
Drive competitive and customer insights to shape product, marketing, and brand strategies
Analyze and synthesize customer data and research to uncover customer behavior trends and deliver strategic recommendations
Inform annual and seasonal marketing strategies by surfacing consumer needs and identifying brand, marketing, and content opportunities
Provide strategic support to seasonal content teams, ensuring customer insights guide product and marketing decisions
Supports competitive and customer insights needs to influence product decisions including brand go-gets and product buy insight support
Build trusted relationships across marketing strategy, category GMs, and cross-functional teams
Translate high-level strategy into action in partnership with Insights, Analytics, and Marketing teams

What Skills You Have
Required
5+ years relevant experience
Brings an analytical mindset and is able to quickly translate customer data into actionable insights
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Adept at collaborating across functions and levels to deliver strategic support and uncover growth opportunities
Proven ability to influence change and drive strategy
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment
Ideally consulting experience, or experience in influencing executive leadership
