Manager, Chaplaincy Services

Oversees and is accountable for operations for Chaplaincy Services.
+ Provides effective leadership.
+ Models effective communication and collaboration skills / behaviors.
+ Takes action to achieve measurable results.
+ Supports innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness.
+ Develops talent and coaches peers and others to develop their capabilities.
+ Achieves budgetary goals.
+ Applies knowledge of functional area to effectively manage operations.
+ Responsible and accountable for meeting external and/or internal customer needs.
+ In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $98,841.60 - $158,142.40 Annual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master of Divinity Degree required.
Experience: 5 years of experience required.
Licensure: Board Certified Chaplain by the Association of Professional Chaplains required. Ordained with ecclesiastical endorsement required. ACPE Certified Educator preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
