Oversees and is accountable for operations for Chaplaincy Services.Provides effective leadership.Models effective communication and collaboration skills / behaviors.Takes action to achieve measurable results.Supports innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness.Develops talent and coaches peers and others to develop their capabilities.Achieves budgetary goals.Applies knowledge of functional area to effectively manage operations.Responsible and accountable for meeting external and/or internal customer needs.In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.Position Compensation Range: $98,841.60 - $158,142.40 Annual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master of Divinity Degree required.
Experience: 5 years of experience required.
Licensure: Board Certified Chaplain by the Association of Professional Chaplains required. Ordained with ecclesiastical endorsement required. ACPE Certified Educator preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
