DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Channel Management Manager and contribute to Thermo Fisher Scientific's market growth through driving strategic channel partnerships, performance and strategy for Life Sciences and Lab Solutions in Taiwan. This role partners closely with distributors and internal cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market execution, improve channel transparency, and accelerate sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong channel sales experience, strategic agility, and the ability to proactively initiate and execute channel strategies aligned with country, APJ, and global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Channel Strategy & Performance Management
2) Go-to-Market & Regional Alignment
Align country-level channel execution with APJ regional and global go-to-market strategies.Manage distributor Letters of Authorization (LoA) and territory realignment in close partnership with Sales, based on performance and strategic priorities.Proactively initiate new channel strategies and programs to accelerate growth and increase market share, while ensuring alignment with regional/global initiatives.3) Channel Visibility & Operational Excellence
Drive close coordination with distributors to ensure timely and transparent sharing of inventory status, sales forecasts, marketing plans, and technical support needs.Improve channel visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational discipline across equipment and consumables.Identify channel issues and risks early, propose practical solutions, and drive execution to maximize market coverage and customer satisfaction.4) Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with distributor leadership and key stakeholders.Establish regular, effective communication with distributors to ensure alignment and accountability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Customer Care, Marketing, and Logistics) to achieve business objectives.5) Governance & Compliance
Ensure channel practices and processes comply with company policies, compliance standards, and ethical requirements.
