Job Description

To lead the investigation of illegal and fraudulent cases by setting monitoring systems and managing security threats identified through trend analysis. To drive a culture of operational excellence through managing the Fraud and Disputes Analyst Team by guiding and coaching them on rigorous fraud investigations to protect clients and the bank from the risk of increased fraud losses and disputes and preserving the business reputation.

Experience

1-2 years experience in managing and leading people in order to deliver high levels of operational excellence and customer service5-7 years extensive experience in a leadership role in fraud or similar environmentComprehensive knowledge of transactional systems, processes and procedures in the industryAbility to analyse situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, determine and recommend practical sources of action utilising good judgment and strategic thinking
