As Manager, Business Transformation and Data Analytics, you will influence how ADP measures and delivers enterprise-wide value through data-driven insights. You will lead initiatives that connect innovation to measurable business outcomes, driving transformation across technology investments such as Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, and GenAI.

 

As a key member of the Program Value Office, you will shape frameworks linking performance, productivity, and profitability across the client journey. Your leadership will inform executive decisions, influence business strategy, and ensure ADP’s modernization efforts generate sustainable value for associates and clients.

What you’ll do:

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

Contribute to large-scale, complex projects or initiatives that impact business strategy and enterprise value realization. Anticipate internal and external business challenges and recommend innovative product, process, or service improvements. Develop and oversee advanced metrics and KPIs for process and service measurement, including root cause analysis and performance benchmarking. Provide consultation on process re-engineering techniques to enhance process performance, product quality, and service delivery. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop business cases to support strategic operational improvements and productivity initiatives. Drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement through rigorous monitoring and reporting of value metrics and long-term projections.

Experience. You have 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in relevant data analytics, process improvement, and business performance management skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Experience in data analytics and business performance management, including demonstrated strategic problem-solving skills and experience developing innovative product, process, and service improvement solutions to complex business challenges. Experience in designing and implementing advanced metrics and KPIs for process and service measurement, including root cause analysis and performance benchmarking. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/business modeling, with experience evolving financial models to support strategic decision-making. Advanced proficiency in content creation and business storytelling/presentation skills using PowerPoint. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas, influence and persuade senior leaders, and create compelling business narratives and presentations. You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.

 

For additional comfortability in the role:

Experience leading and influencing in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
