The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

RTX has an opening for Manager Business Systems and Transformation.  We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical person to join our digital organization to support our Raytheon Business Supply Chain Systems in Design, Build, Maintenance and Integrations of multiple Supply Chain SAP related applications for both Domestic and International Raytheon locations.

What You Will Do:

Work with internal and external customers in the Development of Solutions to proposed adjustments, enhancements, or improvements to the existing SAP environments or proposed environments by identifying key issues required to meet the operational plan.  Communicate proposed solutions and issues to other DT and Business areas when those teams may be required to participate in the activities to meet the proposed solution.

Coordinate with the Business Unit leaders in the prioritization of work for each PI Event considering the availability of resources within and outside of the team when required; the Business Value of the proposed work; and the urgency of need based on Compliance or other Directives.

Communicate with management frequently with updates for all activities, Business Needs, and Resource needs.  This position requires strong technical proficiency specifically aligned to Procurement.

Qualifications You Must Have:

University Degree or equivalent experience and 8 years prior experience with SAP Materials Management and Finance processes.

Must be a US Citizen

Working knowledge of SAP (both Functional and Technical)

Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint

Ability to Build and Maintain strong Team relationships with remote Partners and Customers

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
