The Partnerships team works on relationship-management, reporting, analytics, and strategy related to the growth of our direct to consumer personal lines distribution channels. As the Manager, Business Intelligence, you will deliver reporting, insights, and support for the overall strategy to meet organizational goals and drive better business outcomes for our customers, our partners, and Aviva.

What you’ll do:Lead the development and maintenance of Qlik dashboards to monitor business performance
Translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful presentations and reports
Identify trends and root causes to inform business decisions
Support marketing and distribution strategies with data-driven analysis
What you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
3+ years in a data, analytics, or strategy-focused role
Strong proficiency with Qlik or similar BI tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams
