We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Business Development (MPF), reporting to Head of Sales Distribution and Client Relations.

Principal Responsibilities:

Lead a team to grow the MPF business and enhance market share.Develop distribution channel and explore business opportunities to increase the penetration of MPF business.Build up close relationship with various business partners, e.g. branch network and drive for business growth.Keep abreast of market trends, formulate and implement business strategies.Promote retirement planning solution to enhance customer experience and support referrals for cross-products growth.Ensure the customer services excellence delivery.Monitor the business activities comply with regulatory requirements.
