About the Role:
As the frontline leader of our AMER BDR team, this person will play a critical role in expanding Matterport’s presence in the region. You’ll help build the foundation of the team, drive local hiring, and establish the culture and operational excellence needed for long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and scale a high-performing team of 8-10+ BDRs who consistently exceed goals and are developed into future AEs and leaders at Matterport.Own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influence across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, Enablement, and Product Marketing to align on campaigns, field events, pipeline targets, and knowledge-sharing.Attract, hire, develop, and retain top BDR talent.Coach and mentor BDRs to become the next generation of high-performing AEs.Daily in-office requirement in Arlington, VA.Responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of the business.
