Discover Impactful Work: 

We are currently seeking a Manager, Business Applications within IT at Olink. You will lead and have full managerial responsibility for a team that is responsible for implementation, development and maintenance of our ERP System, Dynamics as well as Finance, HR and other key business applications. The team consists of 5 highly talented and skilled individuals. 

 

You will work closely with various departments to optimize processes and ensure the system meets the organization’s needs. 

A day in the Life: 

Lead the Business Applications team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the application portfolio to best match the global business needs.  

Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and ensure the system supports business processes.  

Manage system upgrades, patches, release schedules, compliance and customizations.  

Ensure data integrity and security for the application portfolio.  

Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to governance of the application portfolio, its lifecycle and more.  

Secure relevant training, documentation and support to application users globally for 300+ individual users of the portfolio.  

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.  

Manage external suppliers and their 3rd line support cases along with documentation.  

Stay updated on technology trends and best practices. 

 

Keys to Success: 

Education 

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.   

Experience 

A minimum of 10 years of experience managing ERP systems, other business applications and/or operations management.   

Experience with ERP system implementation and project management.   

GxP, GAMP5, ISO27001, ISO13456 are of relevance for compliance.   

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 

Strong knowledge of business processes and how different applications support an optimal outcome   

Strong technical knowledge of ERP, fintech, webshops and/or other systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a big plus)  

Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English 

 

Physical Requirements / Work Environment  

Office environment, onsite requirement of 3 days a week at our Uppsala office.
