What you will do
The Manager, Benefits has responsibility for driving design and administration for assigned U.S. and global expatriate health benefit plans. In this role you will act as an ethical and valuable fiduciary of all assigned plans, policies, regulations, and processes. You will develop communications designed to keep employees informed about company benefit plans. You'll ensure that assigned programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs, as well as partner with others in areas such as the indirect procurement or legal departments, to investigate innovative programs to determine feasibility for the organization.
Manage the benefits strategy for assigned plans, including certain medical and advocacy programs, in collaboration with stakeholders. Support the Senior Manager, Benefits, with strategy, administration and compliance oversight for all health plans. Ensure programs stay current with market trends, best practices, regulatory requirements, and cost expectations. Oversee compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., MHPAEA, PPACA, COBRA, PBM legislation). Lead the benefits communications strategy for assigned plans and guide the development and review of employee-facing materials. Partner with Legal, Procurement, and other teams to evaluate new benefit solutions, manage RFPs, and negotiate vendor contracts. Support benefit plan integrations during acquisitions, including ensuring compliant transitions of benefit plans. Monitor program and vendor performance, including costs, risk factors, SLAs, and continuous improvement opportunities. Develop and present annual program recommendations and lead execution of plan changes with cross-functional teams. Maintain strong vendor and team relationships, manage budgets for assigned programs, and complete additional projects as assigned. Support HR Operations with research of general benefit questions.What you need

4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience 8+ years' experience supporting health and welfare benefits plan design and strategy Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups Experience in health and welfare benefits plan design and strategy CEBS certification or similar training$102,600-$222,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
