**Responsibility Statements**
+ Leads day-to-day functions and activities across Business Administration, including people management and operational subjects.

+ Responsible for compliance and organizational policies and local regulations.
+ Responds to ongoing delivery queries, escalations including participant account updates and discusses open issues log during client meetings.
+ Identifies and monitors volume driven trend activities to develop strategic recommendations for client and internal partners for continuous improvement.
+ Engages client or vendor to gather requirements for applicable changes.
+ Provides resolution to a range of complex processes, ensure performance and quality standards, and identify opportunities for cross-client standardization.
+ Responsible for routine maintenance and updates to continuity plan.
