This role is responsible for leading the electrical and automation engineering functions to ensure optimal operations, plant productivity, and alignment with Coca-Cola's standards and best practices. The position supports the Engineering Department and the Greenfield Project by:Leading and developing the electrical & automation tasks to deliver the greenfield site according to project vision.Defining and implementing standard architecture in alignment with global automation strategy.Managing electrical & automation CAPEX, schedules, and technical resources.Ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing operation of electrical and automation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Engineering ExecutionLead electrical & automation tasks to deliver Project Nuri Greenfield in line with project vision, Coca-Cola standards, and external best practicesDevelop work processes, procedures, and technical resources for the electrical & automation teamCollaborate across functions to enhance team competencies, motivation, and performance to achieve project objectivesEnsure safe installations and operations through proper design, protection systems, procedures, training, and compliance with Project Nuri safety standardsElectrical & Automation ManagementPropose, control, and deliver the electrical & automation component of the site CAPEX budget and schedule in partnership with the Project DirectorManage all electrical & automation documentation (manuals, diagrams, instrument data sheets, software packages/licenses, IT and OT system architecture) with efficient filing and digital archiving aligned with digital twin strategyMonitor electricity usage and system performance according to key performance indicators, ensuring technical integrity and operational efficiencyStay updated on current trends and available technologies related to process automation, robotics, and digital systems; ensure systems are secure, supported, functional, and add value to Project Nuri operationsSafety & ComplianceDemonstrate and promote Coca-Cola values within the electrical & automation teamEnsure workplace safety and effective communication of Safety, Health, and Environment standardsCoordinate with the site Safety Officer on electrical & automation matters related to safety, energy distribution, conservation, legal compliance, and operational risk mitigationTechnical & Digital ExpertiseDesign, implement, and maintain advanced automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, batch control, historian, ERP integration, robotics, vision systems, EMS, BMS, WMS, drives, IoT sensors, and edge devicesPrepare User Requirements Specifications (URS) and Functional Data Sheets (FDS)Apply in-depth knowledge of electricity (low, medium, high voltage) and local electrical codesSupport integration with AI-driven digital twin and predictive maintenance toolsQualifications / RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering10-15 years' experience in electricity and automation in a manufacturing facility, including design, vendor management, FATs, construction, and startupDetailed knowledge of PLC, SCADA, IT & IoT platforms, robotics, and digital manufacturing operationsExperience in FMCG preferred, especially in food and beverage production, quality management, regulatory compliance, and hygienic engineeringExperience preparing URS(User Requirements Specification) and FDS(Functional Design Specification)Strong project management, planning, organization, and leadership skillsAnalytical, detail-oriented, and creative, with a passion for improving and digitizing work processesExcellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skillsIT Skills: SAP Project Systems, MS Project, PowerPoint, Revit, 3D modeling, and digital twin toolsExperience in Greenfield project and Greenfield start-upOrganizational ImpactLead the execution of electrical & automation strategies in alignment with Project Nuri visionEnsure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical and automation systemsDrive digital transformation, predictive maintenance, and process automation initiatives to add value to operationsLocationThe primary work location is Korea, with minimal travel (up to 20% under normal conditions).Occasional visits to concentrate plants, bottling operations, or training centres may be required.Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
