What you'll do: Coordinate and oversee audit activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business initiatives.Plan, assign, and manage audit steps, including documentation, work plans, and budgets.Supervise and develop audit staff through mentoring, training, and performance management.Evaluate control design and effectiveness by testing controls against policies and regulatory requirements.Identify and communicate control deficiencies, process improvements, and audit findings to stakeholders through clear reports.Lead investigations of high-risk issues, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.Drive audit process efficiencies by recognizing automation opportunities and promoting continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
