The Amazon Leo team is looking for a Mgr. ASIC Supply Chain to lead end to end supply chain execution for complex semiconductor ASIC programs. This role owns demand planning, foundry and OSAT management, capacity strategy, risk mitigation across a global manufacturing footprint. Ensure ASIC Clear to Build for Satellite and Customer Terminals as well as for special project executions.
Key job responsibilities
The Mgr. ASIC Supply Chain is responsible for all activities related to order fulfillment, from forecasts to delivery, including day-to-day communication and management of the components suppliers globally. This person has a business orientation and is responsible for working within the local and remote Operations team driving order fulfillment.
• Manage a team of Supply Chain professional to handle Satellite and Customer Terminal Supply
• Own end-to-end supply chain for ASIC’s through all aspects including wafer starts, assembly, test and final delivery.
• Drive demand/supply alignment through alignment with internal teams.
• Manage supply risks ie shortages, geopolitical, yield, logistics etc with pro-active mitigation plans.
• Develop KPI’s, dashboards and executive level reporting for internall ASIC supply reviews
• Liaison with Amazon Leo Headquarter planning team, Monitoring, managing, and driving the to assure goals/schedules are being met.
• Communicate forecast and verify fulfillment from a materials perspective.
• Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any shortages preventing meeting order schedule, including assisting in sourcing of materials as required.
• Schedule and host meetings with suppliers in US and/or globally as required.
• Responsible for report generation and distribution.
• Represent project team in internal/ external program meetings.
• Travel required, up to 10%
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of people management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Experience in people management
- Experience in technical program management
- Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
