How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead a team to develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for AI-driven HR solutions that reflect business prioritiesGuide the full product lifecycle for AI features, from initial concept through launch and ongoing iterationServe as the link between technical AI teams and HR stakeholders by translating complex AI capabilities into actionable product requirementsDevelop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes strategic objectives and incremental delivery of impactful projectsDefine and monitor success metrics for AI features and solutions, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with HR teams, Legal, and other business groups to gather requirements, manage expectations, and foster product adoptionWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications/Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fieldExperience
3+ years of product management experience3+ years of experience leading technology transformation projects with a focus on automation and process efficiencyPreferred Qualifications/Experience
3+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms such as Oracle, HCM, Workday or SAPSkills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishDemonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve objectivesExceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholdersStrategic thinking and business acumen to connect AI capabilities with HR needsEmpathy for employee and HR user experiencesAdaptability and comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing AI environmentsDeep understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee life cycle, as well as associated technologies and systemsAbility to align systems, programs and people with company strategy#LI-SS5
