As a Mid-Market Sales Manager within our Large Customer Sales organization, you will lead a team of Account
Executives focused on video advertising solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a high-performing
sales team while driving net-new business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to
expand our video advertising footprint across mid-market clients and agencies.

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on Streaming TV and brand-building advertising solutions
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve team revenue targets
Coach and mentor team members to build strong prospecting abilities and consultative selling skills
Drive operational excellence through pipeline management and sales forecasting
Establish and maintain relationships with key agency and client stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to align resources and optimize team performance
Implement best practices for sales processes, training, and development
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
