**Purpose of the role:**
At this role you will be managing a team responsible for the accounting & reporting according to US GAAP and statutory reporting support for multiple countries.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Full responsibility for US GAAP accounting for multiple legal entities including reporting and respective analysis, statutory closing & reporting
+ Full responsibility for statutory reporting, statistical reporting etc for selected countries
+ Leading a team of accountants, oversee quality of work and performance
+ Effectively manage and develop team members, lead by example
+ Coordination and oversight over annual external audit and key contact for internal and external auditors
+ Ensure operational compliance with local and group policies and internal control framework
+ Support tax manger in preparing tax provisions and transfer pricing reviews
+ Work with outsourced tax advisors on tax and statutory filings
+ Preparation of statistical reports and financial statements
+ Transitioning of general ledger tasks to finance service center •
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required knowledge, skills and abilities:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
+ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (in a multi-national company preferred).
+ Experience in leading team
+ CPA or Chartered Accountant or ACCA certification is preferred.
+ Strong communication skills – effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and relevant local language(s).
+ Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and business partners.
+ Ability to lead, influence and motivate others.
+ Good time management skills
+ Strong customer service focus, with a drive to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our customers.
+ Knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations.
+ Availability of travel if required, up to 5%

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €31,700.00 - €47,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
