**Description**
[Drive Sales Plan & Execution]
⁃ Collaborate with Sales team Leader to set annual commercial strategies and action plan on focus objectives
⁃ Collaborates with Sales team Leader to develop weekly and monthly targets (both quantitative and qualitative) and action plans.
⁃ Drives Retail Sales, Service, and Marketing activities in line with Brand Strategy implementation, including partnering with K⁃ MKT/Product Development teams
⁃ Develops and maintains Store Manager level Retailer relationship ⁃ Identifies and validates new & non⁃viable distribution opportunities for the Brand/s & oversee effective execution of strategic business plan within Brands / Brand cluster to encourage growth & increase market share
⁃ Identify Risks and Opportunities and work with Sales team Leader to develop contingency plans for business⁃critical issues to ensure monthly sales target delivery.
⁃ Manage Category Mix Inventory every month based on POS sell⁃through units ⁃
Manage inventory including, return review, tester orders, and inventory levels
⁃ Maintain appropriate RRP working with Team Leader ⁃ Manage legacy system: e.g. POS, Beauty Device, and etc
[Retailer Relationship Enhance]
⁃ Maintains retailer relationships in order to secure appropriate promotion planning and achieve specific sales target
⁃ Collaborate the annual JBP meetings with Retailers, in close partnership with Sales team Leader.
[Education]
⁃ Guide, develop, and coach FSS&SMC Specialist to:
⁃ Manage field operations and deliver monthly sell⁃through targets
⁃ Continuously improve sales force productivity
⁃ Monitor completion of digital education and deliver in⁃store coaching
**Qualifications**
Core Competencies:
- Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to advocate for and develop planning best practices and strong, mutually beneficial collaboration with retailers
- Highly organized and structured
- Organized and Dependable
- Able to coordinate across roles and functions effectively
- Experience with data manipulation and Excel formulas (Date functions, V-lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Flexible mindset, with the ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize requirements
