This role manages the end-to-end process for major marketing initiatives, including strategy, cross-functional coordination, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and able to create innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** **Product Strategy** + Execute category forecasting, product assortment strategies, and mix of business (MoB) analysis to align with brand goals and budgets. + Drive cross-functional decisions to meet launch objectives and deliver high-impact programs. + Contribute to product strategy with focus on growth, equity, and market trends. **Consumer & Competitive Insights** + Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform innovation and positioning. + Produce weekly POS, monthly NPD, and other insight reports to guide go-to-market strategies. + Recommend adjustments to positioning, tactics, and brand strategy based on insights. **GTM Strategy** + Lead 360 marketing for new launches and core animations from concept to execution. + Refine pricing, messaging, positioning, and content strategy to enhance brand perception. + Partner with global teams to optimize O+O assets and ensure merchandising, review generation, and sampling alignment. **Trade Marketing** + Collaborate with commercial teams on account-specific events, VM, and sampling programs. + Serve as the expert for assigned accounts to maximize retail performance. + Apply best-in-class global tactics to innovate retail marketing. **Visual Merchandising** + Develop VM briefs aligned with brand and sales strategies across online and offline channels. + Manage timelines and production to ensure flawless execution and consumer engagement. **Integrated Marketing (Paid, Co-Op, Earned)** + Support integrated marketing strategies across paid, earned, and co-op channels. + Track KPIs and adjust tactics to optimize performance. **Team Development** + Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field. + 5+ years in marketing, preferably luxury beauty or CPG. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data management skills. + Excellent project management and deadline-driven execution. + Strong understanding of marketing, merchandising, and consumer insights in luxury beauty. + Proven cross-functional collaboration skills. + Leadership potential with ability to guide and develop talent. **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$85,000.00** **to** **$139,600.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
