ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Our Management Trainee Program is an accelerated 12-month learning journey taking place at our hotel properties, designed for aspiring talent with a passion to build a career in the luxury lifestyle sector.

The program is dedicated to developing you with on-the-job training, exposure to corporate senior leaders, workshops, and individual self-paced learning.

With a tailored learning experience for you to craft your own career journey, we champion your strengths and foster continuous improvement to prepare your journey of becoming future leaders of Rosewood Hotel Group.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

 

Brand

 

The brand department is responsible for overseeing holistic brand strategies and the development of brands under Rosewood Hotel Group to support the long-term vision for the business. This includes internal and external communications, public relations, branding and marketing, client relationship management (CRM) and brand experience including Asaya and wellness.

 

Sales & Marketing & Distribution


 The Sales & Marketing Department delivers meaningful experiences, measurable sales, marketing, and communication programs that build engagement among our industry partners, guests and owners. 

 

Digital Business & Transformation

 

Digital Business & Transformation is the technology and digital backbone of our company. We exist to inspire and suggest ways to our operators that drive our company to new levels of innovation, profitability, and efficiency.

 

Talent & Culture

 

The Talent and Culture Department focuses on attracting and developing the finest talent who have natural desire to deliver meaningful and heartfelt experiences. Creating a culture where talent can master and elevate their craft, and build long-lasting, genuine relationships.

 

Asaya & Wellness


 The Wellness Department enhances the state of wellbeing of our guests through the two brands – Sense, A Rosewood Spa & Asaya, Wellness inspires our guests to a sense of greater wellbeing from how we travel, to the source of our food, to our emotional and physical nurturing. 

 

Finance


 The Finance Department partners with our hotels and businesses to measure key performance indicators for quality decision making, mitigate operation risks and safeguard group assets, and create solutions to drive business growth strategically. 

 

Revenue Management


 The Revenue Management Department strives to maximize profit through control of inventory and yield management in all booking channels.

 

Operations

 

The Operations Department is responsible for the successful operation of the hotels, supports hotel openings, implements initiatives, and experiences that promote guest 
 

Food & Beverage

 

The Food & Beverage Department creates memorable and lasting experiences with a genuine desire to surprise and delight guests in our restaurants, bars and event spaces. We operate over 130 one-of-a-kind restaurants and bars as well as event venues. Our goal is to inspire imagination, enrich lives, discover the uncharted and create experiences driven by innovation and refinement while fostering environments that embrace conviviality, approachability, and a sense of timelessness.

 

Rooms

 

The Rooms Department ensures the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically. The Rooms Department includes Front Office, Guest Services, Residences, Telephone, Spa/Fitness, Rosebuds, Housekeeping, Laundry and Guest Care/Security. 

 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

Recent graduate of bachelor's degree or above with top academic resultsLess than 2 years of post-graduate work experienceAt least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies of any industryExceptional communication skills in written and spoken English** This program will start Aug 2026 - Jul 2027 **
