The Opportunity:

The Management Trainee will rotate through various functions, typically spending six months to a year in an assigned function which provides exposure and knowledge to various areas of the business.  The intent is to identify an area of the business that will engage the individual in their career aspirations. The Management Trainee will learn about People, Processes, Prevention, and Performance. These are the processes that go into making a product safely, within quality parameters, at a cost and productivity that is market competitive.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldAbility to adapt quickly to changing work environmentsStrong focus on safety and attention to detailStrong leadership skills and an ability to communicate effectively with employees at alllevelsInterested in Manufacturing and/or Corrugated PackagingAbility to organize and prioritize workloadMust be willing to relocate
