The Management Trainee (Housekeeping) Programme is designed for graduates who demonstrate the intellectual capability and professional potential to develop into future leaders within Hyatt’s Housekeeping operationsThe programme is Housekeeping-focused, with rotations/exposure arranged to support operational understanding (e.g., rooms cleaning operations, public area standards, linen uniform, inventory/amenities), as aligned with business needsA strong level of computer proficiency is required. The trainee will place emphasis on coordinator and administrative support work, including daily reporting, documentation, scheduling coordination, inter-departmental follow-up, and data tracking to support Housekeeping operationsSuccessful candidates will complete an intensive 1.5-year (18-month) training programmeThe programme structure is customized based on the trainee’s background, performance, career interests within Housekeeping, and the hotel’s operational requirements
