**Job Description**
AECOMis currently seeking a driven, analytical, and adaptable **Management Consulting Junior Analyst** to join our Technical Advisory business line in **Raleigh, NC** . This is a high-impact role for a self-starter eager to tackle complex challenges, work across disciplines, and deliver data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions for clients worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Junior Analyst, you’ll be expected to:
+ Conduct research and perform data analysis to support strategic consulting engagements.
+ Contribute to market assessments and help shape client strategies and operational improvements.
+ Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform client strategy.
+ Develop actionable insights and high-quality deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel databases, dashboards, and written reports.
+ Create client-facing, user-friendly dashboards, tools, and applications.
+ Design graphics, maps, and visualizations to support project storytelling.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, manage delivery, and ensure quality outcomes.
+ Coordinate and support project management of key initiatives and workstreams.
+ Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify ways to improve project outcomes.
**Core Consulting Competencies**
All Technical Advisory team members are expected to:
+ Adaptable to work fluctuations to meet deliverable needs and occasionally work outside of traditional working hours when needed to support global teams and clients.
+ Structure and organize ambiguous problems and information, acting independently to drive progress.
+ Create and execute project plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
+ Use data, logic, and sound reasoning to make informed decisions under pressure.
+ Synthesize complex content into clear, actionable insights—both written and verbal.
+ Deliver polished work products including presentations, models, and reports.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, or related degree.
+ Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems and synthesize actionable insights.
+ Demonstrated ability to lean quickly, take feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving priorities.
+ Prior internship or work experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, or related fields is a plus.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
+ Experience with web development.
+ Experience with ArcGIS and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
+ Experience in creating interactive dashboards/ tools.
+ Portuguese proficiency

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $65000 to $75000.
