As an Analyst, you will be involved in the development and delivery of multiple management consulting projects for our pharmaceutical clients. Our clients rely on our knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills to optimize strategies across their organizations. Our ability to leverage and manipulate big data, combined with our in-depth understanding of the pharma industry and healthcare system, allows us to deliver high-quality insights that address a variety of client needs.

What Will Be Your Main Accountabilities?

Performing strategic analyses as a member of the Consulting Services teamPreparing quantitative and qualitative analyses of the pharmaceutical sector and its major contributorsParticipating in the preparation of strategic recommendations based on conducted analysesPartnering with client stakeholders to identify their needs, finding the most suitable analytical solutions, and providing recommendationsCreating sections of reports, presentations, and other client deliverablesProactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and IQVIA proprietary data sources, attending trainings, and collaborating with an international team

What Will You Need to Cope with Your Daily Tasks?

Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and ExcelStrong motivation to thrive in a client-focused team environmentProven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to build credibility with external and internal contactsGood commercial awareness/business judgment and an interest in the healthcare industryExcellent IT literacyGood project management, time management, and organizational skillsAttention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within timelinesA keenness to learn and a commitment to a rapid development curve

Qualifications & Other Requirements

Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and succinctly summarize recommendationsPharmacy or medicine degree, or MSc degree preferably in Economics or EngineeringExperience (2-3 years) in consulting or a pharmaceutical company preferredExcellent Microsoft Office skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPointProficiency in French and EnglishAn interest and knowledge in the healthcare sectorProblem-solving skillsInternational experience will be a plus
