Coordinate complex international calendars and prioritize across time zonesManage executive travel, including bookings and visa arrangementsHandle travel and expense reports reliably and on timeOrganize internal and external meetings and eventsAct as communication filter and coordinator for key prioritiesKeep contact data and administrative records up to dateBuild and maintain relationships with clients and their executive assistantsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders across departments and teamsWhat You'll Bring
