Management Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Management Analyst** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD.** This is an **on-site** position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
+ Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
+ Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to systems testing and product programs
+ Track program/project status and schedules
+ Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures
+ Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance
+ CONUS Travel up to 10%
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of project, program, or data analysis experience may be considered in lieu of degree
+ 3+ years of experience in project or program analysis or data analysis
+ Experience with USMC maintenance data specialist processes and procedures
+ Experience conducting briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience supporting DoD programs or related organizations
+ Be familiar with the Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) organization and operations
+ Be familiar with the S1000D specification for technical writing
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active secret clearance
**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
