As Management Accountant, you will support the Finance leadership in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across the cluster. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, helping departments make informed decisions that drive operational excellence. Your RolePrepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis across all Hyatt Place Dubai properties.Monitor departmental budgets and support cost control initiatives.Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial targets are understood and met.Maintain financial records in compliance with Hyatt policies and local regulations.Support internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business reviews.Assist in system upgrades, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.Represent Finance in cross-functional meetings and contribute to hotel-wide initiatives.
