What you'll do:

As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering timely and accurate financial insights that support critical business decisions. Working closely with the Finance Manager and key stakeholders—especially in Supply Chain—you’ll provide in-depth analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and help drive process improvements. Your ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights will ensure financial clarity across the business, while your collaborative approach will foster strong cross-functional relationships.

Partner with the Supply Chain Director to manage budgets and costs across fulfilment, distribution, and customer service. Prepare monthly management accounts and provide clear variance analysis to stakeholders. Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and flag risks or opportunities. Build budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department leads. Use advanced Excel to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights. Drive process improvements and support internal controls. Participate in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning.

What you bring:

You’ll bring solid experience in management accounting, with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders. Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), you’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments—ideally in retail or logistics—and skilled in tools like SAP and Excel. You’ll also be a great communicator, able to translate financial data into clear messages for non-financial audiences, while constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and add value.

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Proven experience in management accounting, ideally in retail. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in driving improvements.
