Management Accountant 12Month Maternity Cover Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant, based in the heart of Manchester. This 12-month fixed term contract offers hybrid working and the chance to play a key role in a dynamic, collaborative finance team.
You’ll be responsible for delivering timely and accurate monthly management accounts, leading on balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and weekly reporting. The role also offers exposure to project work, process improvement initiatives, and high-level stakeholder engagement across multiple divisions. Working alongside an Assistant Management Accountant, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of month-end activities and help enhance financial processes across the business.

What You’ll Need:(CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Strong management accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
Excellent Excel skills and experience managing large data sets
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and contribute to process improvements
