As an Investor Relations Analyst within the Managed Solutions team, you will support the Asset Class/Portfolio Specialist teams by executing key deliverables and projects across the JPM platform. You will have the opportunity to enhance processes, improve client satisfaction, and develop initiatives to improve the advisor/client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource to educate and provide information to the advisors on the Managed Solutions. Prioritize and respond to a high volume of advisor inquiries across multiple channels (e-mail, phone, instant messenger)Identify opportunities to enhance processes and workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.Work with senior team members to develop and drive initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience (both internal & external), including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the businessOversee quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy for content created by the teamAssist in developing and updating presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal meetings.Liaise with internal stakeholders (due diligence, finance, compliance, business management, etc.) on a variety of initiatives, including regulatory, technology, etc.Handle Advisor and Client needs (inbox management, questions, reporting needs, corporate actions, etc.) Work on time sensitive ad-hoc analysis and projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
2+ years of relevant work experience in investment management, financial analysis, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Extensive knowledge and experience in the Investments domain / Global marketsExcellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in business writingStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to clients and team members.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial software and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A master’s degree or Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level I, CAIA) are a plus.
